We sell downloadable digital content: the Pharma AI Governance Pack, comprising a PDF document and an accompanying Excel workbook, delivered by instant digital download / email after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
As this is digital content, there is no physical shipping. Access is provided immediately after successful payment, by instant download and/or email delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
However, because this is digital content delivered immediately on purchase, this cancellation right no longer applies once your download or access has begun, because by completing your purchase you:

Because this is digital content delivered immediately on purchase, and you consent to that immediate access (see Section 5), no refund is available once access has been granted — except where the content is faulty, materially not as described, or inaccessible due to a technical fault on our part, in which case a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Purchase of the standard pack grants a licence for use by one company for that company's own internal implementation. A separate licence is required for use across multiple different client organisations — see the full licence terms within the product itself, or contact us to discuss multi-client licensing.
