2. What personal data we collect

Technical data: this website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not collect personal data directly. Your browser will still send your IP address and standard request headers to our hosting provider (Netlify) simply to load the page, as happens with any website.
Order and contact data: when you buy the Pharma AI Governance Pack, you are taken to a separate checkout page hosted on Wix (camille-wordsworth.com), operated by us but running on the Wix platform. There, Wix collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information on our behalf, so that we can deliver your order and comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
Payment information: processed by Wix Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.
Correspondence: if you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

To process and deliver your purchase — Contract

4. Who we share your data with

Wix.com (Wix.com Ltd): hosts our checkout page and processes payment and order data on our behalf as our data processor / payment platform.
Netlify, Inc.: hosts this marketing page. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) may be processed by Netlify for security and reliability purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Wix and Netlify may process data on servers located outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on recognised safeguards (such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or equivalent Standard Contractual Clauses) as required under UK GDPR. 6. How long we keep your data

Transaction and payment records: 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year, per HMRC record-keeping requirements.
Correspondence not linked to a purchase: kept only as long as reasonably needed to deal with your query, then deleted.

Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g. tax records)
